Core Capabilities
Welding Inspection & CWI Services
We provide comprehensive visual welding inspection in accordance with project specifications and governing codes including AWS, ASME, and API standards. We manage and facilitate welder qualification testing, verify personnel credentials, monitor active production, and audit welding procedures (WPS/PQR) to catch potential defects or discrepancies early—ensuring complete project compliance before non—conformance issues impact your schedule.
QA/QC Management
We manage end-to-end quality assurance and quality control for complex industrial fabrication and field installations. From materials receiving to final sign off, we maintain mechanical and structural quality during all phases of your build-out with in-process fabrication inspections, material traceability verification administering/witnessing pressure testing, bolt-up and torque verification, and completion/punch list sign off. Committed to timely comprehensive reporting, we generate and compile thorough inspection test plans, detailed weld logs and inspection reports, and complete turnover packages—delivering the meticulous documentation and quality oversight needed to keep your project moving towards a seamless completion.
NDE/NDT Coordination & Oversight
We coordinate Non-destructive examination workflows ensuring frequency and quality requirements conform to governing codes and project specifications. We schedule and oversee third-party examination—including Radiographic (RT), Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), and Liquid Penetrant (PT) methods—verifying that all tracking, reporting, and results are accurately executed, audited, and documented.
